Mission Statement

Justice Pacific is dedicated to promoting and fostering equality, safeguarding human rights, and creating a just and inclusive society through community engagement, innovative education, the empowerment of vulnerable groups through skills training, and effective public relations programs.

Our mission is to:

1. Educate Fijians: We are committed to educating Fijians about the nature and content of their human rights. Through informative initiatives, we empower individuals to understand and assert their rights, promoting a society that respects and upholds human dignity.
    
2. Advocate for Change: We tirelessly lobby the government and associated institutions to drive positive change in matters affecting human rights compliance. By advocating for policy reforms, legal advancements, and systemic improvements, we strive to create a fair and equitable society for all.
    
3. Promote Human Rights: We actively promote a Fiji where the human rights of all individuals are protected. We engage in training and consultation with organizations dedicated to the promotion and protection of human rights, fostering a culture that values and defends the inherent dignity and equality of every person.
    
4. Champion Equality and Inclusion: Justice Pacific actively encourages individuals to participate in communal, regional, and international activities and educational programs that promote racial equality, religious freedom, gender equality, and human rights. We prioritize the inclusion of youth on local and international platforms where anti-discrimination efforts take center stage.
    
5. Collaborate and Engage: We engage law enforcement agencies, policymakers, institutions, communities, and individuals to collectively protect and promote human rights in Fiji and the Pacific region. By fostering partnerships and facilitating dialogue, we strive for meaningful change and sustainable progress.
    
6. Climate Justice: Justice Pacific recognizes the disproportionate impact of climate change on marginalized communities and minorities. We identify, educate, and assist those who suffer from the adverse effects of climate change, working towards climate justice and ensuring the protection of their human rights.
